We're delighted to see this article in the June edition of Cape Town Archdiocese newspaper which speaks about Sea Sunday on July 9th this year. Sea Sunday is a special day when churches all over the world remember and pray for seafarers and their families and for those who support them - like the Apostleship of the Sea (AoS). We rely on voluntary contributions to sustain our work. Please make a donation today and help us continue our work supporting seafarers
The article details some excellent examples of how AoS supports the faith, pastoral and practical needs of seafarers arriving in South Africa, and specificially, the work of Fr Gerardo Garcia, AoS port chaplain in Cape Town. Of course AoS is only able to continue its good work thanks to the generous support of parishes and parishioners who help us generate much needed funds.
